All teams must register & pay in advance. Click the link above to print off a form. Payment and completed forms can be mailed to or dropped of at the pro-shop. Credit card payment accepted at pro shop.
$320.00 Entry Fee per team will include:

• Practice round (please call for a tee time)
• Two tournament rounds, cart included
