Friends of Annya Walker is a non-profit group of community volunteers raising money to support the health care needs of Annya Walker. Annya is a Delhi, NY native and graduate of Delaware Academy Central School and worked at the College Golf Course for two years.
Three years ago, at the age of 35, Annya suffered a series of burst brain aneurysms that nearly took her life. She has subsequently had three surgeries and has another scheduled for October 2021. Friends of Annya have a goal to raise $50,000 to help offset the co-pays, deductibles and other expenses associated with her care.
Please join her mother, Vivian Walker, who works at The College Golf Course, in a day of fun and to raise money for a good cause on Friday August 20th, Shotgun start at 9 a.m.
