Bluestone Pub & Restaurant is our on-site eatery that opened in 2020, replacing the Café on the Green. It has quickly become a casual dining favorite for both members and guests of the course, as well as the local community. Open seasonally, the pub features a full-service bar for a quick bite or a drink while the restaurant offers a full lunch and dinner menu. The dining room and patio offer breathtaking views of the surrounding Catskill Mountains while overlooking the driving range as well as the 9th and 18th holes. A private banquet hall, where we hold many tournament awards ceremonies, is also available to host events and groups.
